At St Nicholas’ we are working to create a parish garden for the church and wider community.

Many of the dead and dying trees have now been removed. Now we need to remove the stumps of the old trees, plant a hedge, sow grass seed and arrange access to the garden. Please click here fore more information.

All of this needs to be funded. We’ve had great support so far, with people offering help in all sorts of ways, but more needs to be done. Thankfully the Coop has accepted the parish garden scheme as one of its community funding projects.

Now we need your help!

Holders of Coop reward cards have to nominate St Nicholas Parish Garden as their chosen local charity. If this is not done, no funds will come our way. If you do not have a Coop card, you could encourage anyone you know who does have one, to use the link and make the nomination.
