The centenary of the armistice is an important occasion in the life of our nation, our town and our church. To mark this important occasion there will be a special service of remembrance at St Nicholas’ on Sunday 18th November at 4.30pm.

On this day Christians from Arundel Cathedral and the Parish Church will come together with the Bishops of Chichester and Arundel and Brighton to pray for those who gave their lives in the service of their king and country and commit themselves to work together for unity and reconciliation.

At the climax of this service there will be a procession from the parish church, through the medieval gates, and into the Fitzalan Chapel where there will be an act of remembrance.
